Nightmare before christmas polymer clay necklace

I made this one as a present for a friend of mine, Based on a character from the nightmare before christmas (i unfortunately haven't seen the film yet myself, but it's on my list of things to do :D) Made from polymer clay and an encrusted head-pin to add some glitz to the piece. It didn't take too long to make either. It was presented in a hand made box (simple card job with gold tissue paper) :) 

Polymer clay heart- Spine

So here i go again with more hearts, this one's a ribcage/spine theme. Not one of my best Polymer clay hearts, but at least this one's got a loop so i can use it in jewelry (so of course, I'm wearing it right now on a ribbon around my neck) This one's made from Polymer clay, acrylic paint, glaze and wire. Polymer clay heart- sophisticated heart with gold detail

The third installment in my polymer clay hearts series, this one I made using Polymer clay, an old lightbulb, a rubber stamp (to make a mould for the detail) and glaze. I love this one, it doesn't have a strong theme like my others but its elegant and dainty. Hope you enjoy :)

Polymer clay heart- blood, guts and gore

A more 'grossy' heart from my Polymer clay heart series. Made from polymer clay, acrylic paint, glaze, wire and alcohol ink. I love this one a lot, Bursting out, from where it's been 'fixed' which can be seen below the splurge of veins and arteries :D As usual the scale picture isn't as good as the other pics (my fave pics the bottom one)

Polymer clay heart

Steampunk Themed heart I made using Polymer clay, scrap metal and alcohol inks. It's not my favorite ting I've made recently and there's quite a lot i can see that i would change or improve on this one, but every artist finds some parts of their work they would change. Gotta keep striving for perfection :)

So I tend to have times when i really want to make things, and I love using polymer clay, so I've decided to pop some pics up here of my work. These are some pretzel earrings i made for a friend.

First Post

A new blog, a new start, a new place to complain. I don't know what I'm going to use this blog for, I don't even know if I'll continue this blog, most of my old blogs died young. But I'll see what I can do. I really hope to be posting again soon. That's all for now though :)
